We are looking for a Thought Leadership & Research Manager to drive our content strategy, make us a source of knowledge for corporate estate executives around the world and strengthen Locatee’s position as a thought leader in the future of the corporate real estate and workplace experience fields.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. A successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing team and collaborate closely with customer success, product, social media, and events marketing. Please note, this role can be US based.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate ownership: shape and execute our thought-leadership strategy & budget 
  • Develop and create (or coordinate the creation of) written, audio, video content that elevates the brand, strengthens our positioning, while delivering on performance goals
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Manager & Account Managers to tell our customers’ success stories to the world, and identify and predict current and future industry trends
  • Develop and nurture a network of subject-matter experts that contribute to Locatee’s positioning
  • Uncover interesting insights from Locatee data and transform them into knowledge, best practices, whitepapers or benchmarks for corporate real estate executives
  • Speak at client events and forums, take part in conversations on social networks to positively represent the organisation

What you bring

We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys being part of a fast-paced and ambitious international company. The ideal candidate can think out of the box, as well as:

  • 5+ years experience in corporate real estate or in content marketing
  • The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the corporate real estate industry: you are a corporate real estate executive with a flair for marketing and storytelling. Alternatively, you’re a content marketer with a strong willingness to understand corporate real estate challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organisational abilities
  • You can think outside the box, empathise with your audience and find the right tone of voice
  • You are positive, people-oriented and have an energetic attitude
