Our Workplace Analytics solution enables some of the largest organizations worldwide to understand and optimise how employees use their workplaces. By combining complex data, the solution is leading in providing portfolio-wide workplace insights at low cost. We are now expanding our presence in North America and are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the US and being based on the East Coast.

In your new role, you report to Locatee’s Head of Marketing and are responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the US. You work closely with our Sales team in North America and the central Marketing team in Zürich, Switzerland to create awareness about Locatee & generate leads.

You will be responsible for the country’s marketing budget, and as the extension of the central Marketing team in the US, guide us to implement the most successful tactics and activities on the market both on-/ and off-line. You will be fully supported by the central team but will as well have a large autonomy and impact. 

Locatee has an ambitious growth plan for North America which represents an opportunity that allows you a wide breadth of responsibility, and the chance to grow your career and make decisions in marketplaces with vast potential. 

What you will do

  • Directly responsible for the company’s US marketing budget, marketing plan and its execution to achieve marketing goals
  • Leverage the content & campaigns created by the central team, localize them and run them on the US Market
  • Organize US specific events, webinars, panel discussions, etc. 
  • Coordinate US specific partner marketing activities, build a network of influencers, journalists, contributors, that will extend the reach of Locatee
  • Coordinate local agencies and providers when needed
  • Work with the central team and leverage existing/external data to develop and execute direct and account-based marketing activities
  • Be the marketing business partner for the regional sales team
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

 

What you bring

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

  • A growth and entrepreneurial mindset
  • 5+ years of experience in Global 2000/Enterprise B2B marketing in a start-up, technology or real estate/facility management company
  • Result-oriented with a successful track record in lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing techniques, growth hacking and analytical skills a plus
  • You know and can leverage marketing technologies (eg. Hubspot, GA, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organizational abilities
  • You can think outside the box, empathize with your audience 
  • You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
  • Some (international) travel is to be expected
