People Coordinator

We are on the quest to find a new People Coordinator to join our HR team. You will be involved in several core processes such as onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews to name a few, giving you exposure to all elements of the employee lifecycle. 

As we continue to grow, we have more interviews to schedule, birthdays to celebrate and internal events to organise. We are looking for a coordination-organisation-maestro who puts our people at the core of everything they do. 

This is a dynamic role, where no two days are the same. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to grow in their HR career. You'll gain breadth of experience, whilst maintaining the conditions for our people to thrive. 


What you will do:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to the Enablement and Leadership Team
  • Manage people systems and ensure employee records on Bamboo HR are up to date. 
  • Administering of contracts, contract variations and other life cycle events
  • Employee relations support 
  • Coordination of processes and people experiences across the employment journey e.g. internal moves, updating data and documents, onboarding and probation periods
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Specialists in building a diverse shortlist across recruitment initiatives
  • Support with employer branding initiatives - job fairs, with an eye open to identify most effective recruitment channels
  • Oversee the right to work process, ensuring the correct documentation is on file, and flagging expiry dates to Advisors.
  • Processing HR contracts and forms and ensuring paperwork is issued to employees in a timely manner
  • Organise employee birthday celebrations and Locatee-events
  • Analyse data to improve our employee experience

What you bring:

  •  Previous experience in an administrative/HR role
  •  Basic understanding of Swiss employment law
  •  A stickler for accuracy, attention to detail and data protection.
  • Ability to act with discretion in confidential situations
  • You are a doer that is willing to roll your sleeves up and take a proactive approach to your work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases.
  • A credible, curious, confident, intuitive person with excellent investigative skills

Nice to have: 

  • Previous experience within HR, office management or similar role
  • CIPD/relevant HR qualifications
  • Strong writing skills
  • Familiar with Bamboo HR or similar HR platform
