The opportunity...

We are incredibly excited about the future of Locatee and we need your help to get there. As Sales Development Representative you are at the very core of expansion plans into APAC. 

You will be a key member inside a brand new Growth team and we’re creating the pipeline for our Sales colleagues to crush their revenue goals. You’ll have the chance to work with top-notch talent and accelerate your personal growth.

Locatee has passionate managers to help make a success story out of each individual. They’ll provide you with practical training sessions and the latest tools such as Hubspot, Clearbit, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We’ll get you all set-up to make a difference - and add a dose of fun while we’re at it!

This is a freelance/contract position helping Locatee explore opportunities in APAC.



  • 6-months to 2 year relevant experience (...but a great personality and culture fit is more important to us!)
  • Knowledge of lead generation and a good grasp on how to positively influence prospects
  • Understanding and interest in technology, startups, or corporate real estate 
  • High level of empathy - it’s important for our SDR’s to be a good person to peers and prospects
  • You know and can leverage SaaS tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
  • Outstanding networker with people internal (stakeholders) and external (prospects) 
  • English + Regional Language

Within 1 month, you’ll...

  • Receive Locatee’s New Hire orientation - you will know what Locatee really is about and what makes our organization dynamic and fast growing
  • Get product training - the better you know our product, the better you can pitch to our prospective clients
  • Buddy up! The Buddy-system allows for each new hire to actively shadow another teammate so you get up-and-running in no-time
  • Get a complete understanding of our goals and expectations - we’ll have the tools ready to help you successfully reach them
  • Receive Marketing & Sales training to handle both outbound and inbound leads.
  • Learn about our buyer personas and formulate your first creative outreach (we're big GIF and video fans at Locatee)

Within 3 months, you’ll...

  • Pitch the Locatee Platform to any of your prospects in a personal manner
  • Fully understand the power of our teams and be able to work cross functionally between Marketing and Sales
  • Schedule meetings for our Sales colleagues that convert to pipeline
  • Qualify leads by analyzing pains & gains - our motto is quality over quantity!
  • Learn why our buyers are looking for better ways to do things - there’s a reason why you are not using the same mobile phone as 10 years ago
  • Continue to learn from your interactions & iterate your outreach
  • Overachieve on your quota!

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Be a top-performer in the Growth team.
  • Make a significant impact on the pipeline of the Sales team.
  • Help create new campaigns and proactively come up with new ideas - we truly love and support creative energy!
  • Support new hires through the Buddy system.
