We have an ambitious growth plan and are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our team.


In your new role, you report to Locatee’s Head of Marketing and are responsible for developing and implementing strategic account-based marketing programs for Europe and North America. You are responsible for the ABM budget and work closely with our Sales teams to create awareness about Locatee & generate leads. You will be fully supported by the team but will as well have a large autonomy and impact. You will have the chance to grow your career and make decisions in marketplaces with vast potential.


What you will do

  • Create and deliver 360 Account-based marketing programs for Europe and North America to acquire new accounts or expand in existing accounts;
  • Directly responsible for the company’s ABM budget, plan and its execution to achieve marketing goals
  • Together with our Marketing Operations specialist: manage existing data or source additional data to develop and execute direct and account-based marketing activities
  • Leverage the content & campaigns created by the Marketing team to create industry/account-specific content that can be used for ABM programs.
  • With a strong customer-centricity and empathy, you understand what challenges customers and prospects are facing and articulate Locatee’s benefits in a simple yet effective way.
  • Coordinate internal teams, local agencies and providers
  • Monitor the results of each campaign continuously and optimize each marketing touchpoint using data.

What you bring

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

  • 5+ years of experience in Global 2000/Enterprise B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or other IT business incl. international experience
  • A growth and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tactics
  • Result-oriented with a successful track record in awareness & lead generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organizational abilities
  • Project/Team management skills and ability to coordinate 3rd party vendors, managing budget and contracts
  • You can think outside the box, empathize with your audience 
  • You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
  • Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport
