Locatee is the leading workplace analytics solution that empowers leaders and managers to make fact-based decisions about their corporate real estate portfolio by transforming complex data into space utilisation insight. We are now expanding our team in Zurich and are looking for a Sales Executive to help us drive our sales to the next level.

What you will do

  • Establish and manage independently a strong and sustainable pipeline with qualified Prospects and be responsible for fast growing revenues
  • Your consultative sales approach positions you and Locatee as the main subject matter expert in the Workplace Analytics field
  • Overcome various hurdles from reaching out to target accounts, first contact meetings to the negotiating contracts with new customers 
  • Collect market inputs to further improve our solution
  • Support the development of a powerful sales organisation and help to further develop our sales processes and strategies

What you bring

  • 3 to 5 years experience in enterprise B2B sales 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or similar
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, sales talent and "hands-on" mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-confident appearance
  • Passionate and emphatic approach to identifying customer challenges and aligning them with our offering
  • Enjoyment of active participation in a rapidly growing team
  • Flair for new technologies
  • An existing Corporate Real Estate/Facility Management network is a big plus
  • Previous experience in a start-up and/or software B2B sales is prefered
