Locatee is a Proptech startup specialising in Workplace Analytics. The hottest topic right now is ‘working from home’ and how companies are adapting to the new way of work. We’ve been around since 2014 and specialising in Workspace Analytics is our game. Now, we are on the hunt for a highly driven and compassionate Sales leader, to forge and expand our relationships that will drive significant value for our rapidly expanding business, Locatee. This is a SaaS enterprise sales leadership role, managing a sales team across Zurich and New York.

A typical day for this individual will be spent leveraging their software sales expertise to drive business development and growth in our high-performing sales team. You are a formidable leader and will have extensive experience training a team to help them prosper and evangelise net-new business, while nurturing and expanding the relationships with their customer base. You'll set the standard for the team and keep raising it. 

Not only are you the lead for the Sales team, this role will be essential in driving change within the Locatee business. You will be at the core of business operations, working with the Product team on new roll outs and pricing through to working with Operations and Customer Success to ensure we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. 

 

What you will do...

 

  • In this highly visible role, you will drive top & bottom line for Locatee’s global market growth. 
  • In addition to ownership of new business development & growth, you will be responsible for other associated financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics. Ensuring renewals, minimize churn and profitably upsell expanded use while cross selling new use cases into existing accounts.
  • Build, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing sales team that cultivates trusted-advisor relationships with our customers and prospects at all levels (end user to C-suite).
  • Lead the development of a repeatable and scalable customer acquisition and client success methodology.
  • An aspirational leader - you will be key in bringing our international sales teams together, and ensure their daily activities and goals align to Locatee’s vision

 

What you bring…

 

  • Proven track record of enterprise, consultative SaaS sales (selling to Fortune 1000); the ability to negotiate complex six and seven figure contracts with multi-year contracts
  • 6-8+ years of technology sales experience and 3+ years in a leadership capacity 
  • Strong background in building world class sales organizations and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Highly articulate with an ability to not only define and build operational reports, but recommend the resulting actions and initiatives required to improve / accelerate growth.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and growing revenue and teams for technical solutions and expanding customer relationships to new departments and c-suite.
  • Brings data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Established leader with extensive experience in hiring, training and development of sales professionals. Experience in a SaaS company scaling from 50 to 200 people

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Corporate Real Estate experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite
