Locatee is seeking a Business Value Consultant to join our expanding team in Zurich. It is a client-facing role that works hand in hand with our Sales and Account Management Team to help consult clients and prospects in defining potential business value improvements that our solution helps achieve.

What you will do

  • Engaging with clients to perform CRE Strategy Assessments considering their service providers, processes and tools.
  • Conduct gap analysis of clients’ current versus desired state, identifying specific opportunities for improvement using Locatees’ capabilities.
  • Build expert-level understanding and credibility around clients CRE strategy and their optimization potential.
  • Produce and present in-depth analysis and consult clients on the impact to business value that can be achieved.
  • Enable the feedback loop between key customers/prospects and our product team to ensure that our product creates the most value possible. 
  • Collaborate with Sales & Account Management to operationalize a comprehensive and scalable customer engagement process to support new business, up-selling and renewal. 
  • Build Locatees business value consulting and share your knowledge and methodology with the team. Help lead and build value selling and realization processes, templates and tools. 

What you bring

  • Economics, Finance or related degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Consulting or a Senior Corporate Real Estate Function, dealing with topics such as occupancy planning, space requests, workplace technology, etc. 
  • Enterprise Business and financial modeling experience
  • Master data analysis in Corporate Real Estate and understand corresponding use cases; the ability to build out nuanced return on investment assessments and sales collateral. 
  • Consultative personality to effectively facilitate interview sessions with clients and prospects; proven ability to communicate complex matters in simple terms and tailor a message to a variety of audiences (technical, business-side, executives).
  • Excellent communication skills, experience and effectiveness in presenting to an executive level audience
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and a flair for new technologies
  • Enjoyment of active participation in a rapidly growing team
