Our customers use our software solution to create more efficient and engaging workplaces for their employees. To support our marketing team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator.

In this role you’ll run constant, iterative marketing experiments - mostly on our digital channels - and use the results to drive and improve our demand generation engine. You’ll manage our online community, work on our website and on PPC & Social Marketing campaigns, as well as on Search Engine Optimization. 

You’ll be part of the Demand Generation squad within the Locatee Marketing Team, and get to work with managers with a proven track record in marketing and growth hacking. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s willing to learn about all aspects of marketing before specialising in a certain area.

What you will do

 

The Growth Marketing Coordinator role is a career starter position in which you can learn and contribute to a wide-range of activities. In this role you will:

  • Together with the team and your manager, you define experiments for our digital channels, run them, collect data and iterate in order to generate qualified leads
  • You publish attractive posts on our social media channels, creating videos, pictures, infographics, and texts to grow our community and position Locatee as a thought leader.
  • You play a valuable part in ensuring that inbound campaigns can be launched successfully and on time.
  • You support the development of our website, for example by creating new pages for specific personas, developing lead magnets, A/B testing and coordinating projects with our website agency
  • You work with our MarkOps coordinator to ensure the quality of incoming leads, manually qualifying leads in the database when needed.
  • From time to time, you support the team with various other marketing tasks (eg. webinar or event organisation, coordination, etc.)
  • Option to take on further projects in the area of paid social and search

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Digital Marketing (or equivalent), and a can do attitude
  • Willingness to learn & to develop your skills in the marketing field
  • MarTech & CRM affinity a strong plus: Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Social media tools, Wordpress, ...
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organizational abilities, German is a strong plus
  • An interest for data and how it helps you improve your activities
  • You are positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
