Customer Success Manager

What you will do:

  • Proactively build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at our customer's organizations
  • Identify customer use cases, challenges and risk areas, develop solutions, and execute proactively to optimize engagement and avoid churn.
  • Own the user engagement and onboarding process of Locatee for your customers
  • Working closely with customers, Project Managers, Support Engineers and Account Managers means that you communicate with many different people at the same time. Constant prioritising is what makes you successful
  • As an internal communication pillar you function as a stakeholder on behalf of your clients
  • Enable the feedback loop between the product and your customers to ensure we are able to create value with our product
  • Align and collaborate with account team to continuously create value for your customers and turn them into Locatee ambassadors
  • Proactively promote Locatee’s latest features and capabilities, ensuring customers are making use of key product features to maximize success
  • Come up with and create methods to monitor and increase customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Use analytics to identify and track Locatee usage
  • Take part in scaling up our team globally


What you bring:

  • At least two years of Customer Success experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment, with the ability to create relationships with decision makers and end users.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Product, Sales)
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Solid know-how and background in Corporate Real Estate would be an asset
  • Great project management skills
