PR & Analyst Relations Manager

We have an ambitious growth plan and are looking for a PR & Analyst Relations Manager to join our team.


In your new role, you report to Locatee’s Head of Marketing and are responsible for managing development and execution of our media, PR and analyst strategies by designing and delivering effective solutions consistent with our high standards and achieving excellent business results. You are responsible for the Media & Analyst budget and will work closely with PR agencies and analysts firms in Europe and North America.

You will be fully supported by the team but will have a large autonomy and impact. You will have the chance to develop your career and make decisions in marketplaces with vast potential. 

*This position can be based in either Zürich, Switzerland or New York, USA if you're a US based citizen.*


What you will do

  • Develop media strategy & plans to effectively reach the target audience

  • Manage PR agencies and connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives
  • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral
  • Create and review content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements and creative content)
  • Collaborate with prominent members of the company, including executives, to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns
  • Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to PR at the company based on adding value to media outlets and event managers, not just asking for it
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and developing a command of the relevant subject matter
  • Generate analysis of market performance and competitive intelligence

What you bring

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think outside the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

  • A growth & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous working experience as a Media & Analyst Relations Manager for 3 to 5 years in a B2B or Tech company
  • BA/BS degree in journalism, marketing, communications or similar relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in creating, editing and promoting content
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as perfect written and spoken English, German a strong plus;
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude
  • Familiarity with English- and German-speaking media landscapes are a plus
  • Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport for Zürich location.
