We are looking for a Research Analyst & Trend Scout to drive our content strategy, make us a source of knowledge for corporate estate executives around the world and strengthen Locatee’s position as a thought leader in the future of the corporate real estate and workplace experience fields.

You are part of our resident team of CRE experts that share their vision of the future of the office with the world. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing team and will collaborate closely with customer success, product, social media, and events marketing.

This role can be based either in Zurich or New York.

What you will do:

We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys being part of a fast-paced and ambitious international company. The ideal candidate can think out of the box, as well as:

  • Identify and predict current and future industry trends and shape our thought-leadership strategy;
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Develop and create (or coordinate the creation of) written, audio, video content that elevates the brand, strengthens our positioning, while delivering on performance goals;
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Manager & Account Managers to tell our customers’ success stories to the world;
  • Support our Operations and Sales teams as a subject matter expert on Corporate Real Estate in conversations with clients and prospects to solve their challenges;
  • Develop and nurture a network of subject-matter experts that contribute to Locatee’s positioning;
  • Uncover interesting insights from Locatee data and transform them into knowledge, best practices, whitepapers or benchmarks for corporate real estate executives;
  • Take part in conversations on social networks to positively represent the organisation;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in corporate real estate or in content marketing
  • The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the corporate real estate industry: you are a corporate real estate executive with a flair for marketing and storytelling. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organisational abilities
  • You can think outside the box, empathise with your audience and find the right tone of voice
  • You are positive, people-oriented and have an energetic attitude
