Sales Enablement and Operations Specialist

By combining complex data, the solution is leading in providing portfolio-wide workplace insights at low cost. We have an ambitious growth plan and are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager that will work side-by-side with our Sales and Product Marketing teams.

In your new role, you report to Locatee’s Head of Sales and are responsible for making sure our Sales team benefits from all the thought-leadership, product marketing and content marketing that is produced by the Marketing team and makes sure our Sales team uses it efficiently. Furthermore, you take ownership of our CRM processes and  you will be in charge of our continuous Sales improvements training and programs. You will be fully supported by the team but will as well have a large autonomy and impact. You will have the chance to grow your career and make decisions in marketplaces with vast potential. 


This position can be based in either Zürich, Switzerland or New York, USA if you're a US based citizen.


What you will do

  • You work as an interface between the marketing and sales teams, contributing to their alignment leveraging the content created by the Marketing team to create Sales material for each step of the buyer’s journey, accelerating the sales cycle in the process.
  • You take ownership of our Sales tools and CRM processes, documentation and end-user training. Additionally you make sure that the data entry is done regularly and consistently, and processes are followed by the whole sales team.
  • You support the Head of Sales with all data-driven aspects of managing a sales team.
  • You train salespeople about the product, provide them with up-to-date or new content in various formats (text, visuals, videos, etc.) and ramp-up new sales team members. Additionally, you are in charge of continuous sales improvement training and initiatives.
  • You support our Named Account strategy by strategizing and finding new ways with our Sales Executives to break into these accounts. You develop, customise and organise new content, actions, measures if needed.
  • With a strong customer-centricity and empathy, you understand what challenges our sales team, customers and prospects are facing and articulate Locatee’s benefits in a simple yet effective way.


What you bring

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

  • A growth and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B software or in a SaaS scale-up company.
  • Business mindset with an ability to understand complex ideas and turn them into easy to understand concepts.
  • Experience with managing and navigating all aspects of CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret insights from data
  • Result-oriented with a successful track record in sales enablement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and organizational abilities.
  • You can think outside the box, are naturally curious and can empathize with your internal and external audiences.
  • You are self-motivated, positive, people-oriented, and have an energetic attitude.
  • Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport for Zürich location.
