  • Be responsible and take ownership for the implementation and further development of our strategic partner strategy;
  • Acquire new strategic partners and build positive working relationship to ensure smooth collaboration;
  • Support our Product Team to search and implement solution partners to broaden the use cases customers can cover with Locatee Analytics;
  • Put the pieces together from Marketing, Product to Sales to introduce joint offerings/solutions with our partners to the market;
  • Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute marketing and thought leadership activities;
  • Support our Sales team to find new entry points into our target customers together with strategic partners;
  • Educate partners on our product portfolio and find new potential collaborations, solutions and offerings;
  • Be the single point of contact for all strategic partners and engage internal resources to successfully leverage these partnerships;
  • Track progress of potential partnerships through our partner funnel from initial contact, to negotiation and closing of successfully partnerships;
  • Foster excellent communication and collaboration internally and externally;
  • Work and interact with dynamic, growing and international teams.



  • Degree in a related field with at least 4-5 years of working experience in B2B Business Development and/or Partner Acquisition at a startup or technology company;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that likes to be challenged in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment;
  • Proven know-how in acquiring strategic partners, “selling” and explaining new technology products to potential partners and navigating complex and large partner organisations;
  • Passionate and persistent communicator with confident appearance;
  • Strong networker, persuader and always pursuing maximum value for end-customers, partners and Locatee;
  • You have a strong affinity with new technology;
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in German and English;
  • Access to a network in or know-how of the corporate real estate sector is a big plus.
