Locatee is a NYC and Zurich-based start-up that helps Enterprise companies optimize their real estate portfolio through our big data platform - Locatee Analytics.  We deliver real-time data that helps  some of the largest companies in the world intelligently optimize their office buildings and improve the interaction between employees and their work environment.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities with real estate leaders at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Support our global Enterprise sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, especially our Sales Executives for the US market
  • Support international expansion by identifying and contacting potential customers via email, phone, and social media
  • Build your sales skills independently and with the help of your experienced colleagues to manage your own prospects and quickly develop into an Enterprise Sales Executive.
  • Collect customer and market feedback to further improve our platform

What you bring

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (Enterprise sales, startup, or the corporate real estate industry is a plus)
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and drive to be successful
  • Extremely personable and coachable, comfortable speaking to C-level executives
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver, process-driven and well-organized with a strong focus on customer needs
  • Positive and curious attitude with a high level of creativity and flair for technology
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Base-level understanding of CRE and competitive landscape is a plus
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
