What you will do

  • Be on top of the triangle between people, technology and business
  • Own the user engagement and onboarding process of Locatee at our customers
  • Enable the feedback loop between the product and our customers to ensure we are able to create value with our product
  • Build up our customer success team
  • Work together with our account teams to keep and upsell our customer and make them more successful
  • As an internal communication pillar you function as a stakeholder on behalf of your clients
  • Working together closely with the IT Project Managers, Pre Sales Engineers, Account Managers and clients means that you communicate with many different people at the same time. Constant prioritising is what makes you successful
  • Define and implement continuous performance measures for customer success
  • Use analytics to identify and track Locatee usage
  • Come up with and create methods to monitor and increase customer satisfaction and turn our customers into Locatee ambassadors
  • Take part in scaling up our team globally

What you bring

  • University degree in Business Information, Business Innovations, Facility Management or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • At least two years of relevant working experience in customer success or projects for B2B SaaS solutions
  • Great project management and communication skills; your ability to make clients happy and successful is key for you and us
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ideally with solid know-how and background in real estate management
  • Customer oriented attitude with a proactive, open and empathetic personality
  • Interest in data analytics, real estate and workplace management
  • Ability to translate data and technical topics into business stories
  • Creative problem solving
  • A flair for supporting and helping others
  • Great communication skills in written and spoken English, German is a plus
